Having identified a need for specially-designed large diameter carbon steel flanges for oil sands and pipeline applications, Pro-Flange designed and engineered our LDS Flanges. These are new flange specifications for Slip-Ons and Lap Joints in sizes 26” – 48” in class 150 and 300.

The LDS flanges are of a proprietary design and have already been approved by the largest oil sands producer as the sole-use line of flanges in oilfield operations. The LDS flanges can easily be machined to accommodate systems with 3G and 5G bends, and are available grooved for lined pipe systems. The LDS flanges are supplied in A105N Normalized material and are always Ultrasonic Tested.
